Ancient woodland birds workshop

This workshop takes place in an ancient woodland in Devon on dates throughout May and the beginning of June, to coincide with the peak time that Pied Flycatchers and Redstarts are visiting this woodland area. We can also hope to see and photograph Wood Warbler, Lesser and Greater Spotted Woodpecker, Nuthatch, and Spotted Flycatcher.

I will cover how to make the most of this opportunity to photograph these fantastic birds, as well as going over camera settings if needed. I will be on hand to answer your questions and give any advice that you may require.

I will do my best to put you in the right place at the right time so you can obtain a good selection of images.

I run my workshops on a 1 to 1 basis, in order to give you my undivided attention, but if you would like to book with a friend, I'm happy to conduct a workshop for 2 people at the same time.

This workshop runs for up to 5 hours, to give us time to find suitable subjects and discuss settings and techniques etc.

We will meet in the morning at a pre arranged time.

There is a public toilet at the location car park.
